Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in a course or using any FreelancerLab service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FreelancerLab, including our website, courses, batches, and community, whether taken offline at our Sylhet campus or online. By registering for a free class, enrolling in a paid course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
The Details
01Enrollment and Eligibility
Courses are open to students, job seekers, housewives, fresh graduates, and business owners, regardless of prior technical experience. Some courses may require a minimum age or basic device and internet access for online participation. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide, such as your name and contact details, is accurate and up to date.
02Course Fees and Payment
Course fees are listed on each course page and may change from batch to batch as part of ongoing offers. Full or partial payment, as specified at the time of enrollment, is required to confirm your seat in a batch. Payment must be made through our approved channels. We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.
03No Refund Policy
To keep every batch made up of genuinely committed learners, FreelancerLab operates a no refund policy once a seat is confirmed and payment is made. We encourage you to attend a free demo class or speak with our team before enrolling, so you can make an informed decision. Exceptions, if any, are handled on a case by case basis at our sole discretion.
04Batch Schedules and Rescheduling
Batch timings, class dates, and instructors are shared before a batch begins and may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance of any changes through WhatsApp, email, or our Facebook community. Missed classes may, where possible, be caught up through recordings or makeup sessions at our discretion.
05Student Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes on time, complete assigned project work, and interact respectfully with mentors and fellow students, both offline and in our online community. FreelancerLab reserves the right to remove any student from a batch or community group for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or violates these Terms, without a refund of fees paid.
06Certificates and Assessment
An online verifiable certificate is issued to students who complete the required coursework, final project, and assessment for their course. Certificates confirm participation and completion of coursework and do not represent a guarantee of employment, freelance income, or client acquisition.
07Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum documents, videos, templates, and branding provided by FreelancerLab are the intellectual property of FreelancerLab and DevviTech. Students may use these materials for their personal learning and portfolio building, but may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them without our written permission.
08Mentors and Instructors
Mentors and instructors engaged by FreelancerLab agree to deliver course content professionally and in line with the published curriculum. Any payout arrangements, including Payoneer, PayPal, Mastercard, or bank transfer details, are handled confidentially and used solely for compensation purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
09Limitation of Liability
FreelancerLab provides practical, project based training designed to build real skills for freelancing and employment. While many of our students go on to earn through freelancing or find employment, we do not guarantee specific income, job placement, or client outcomes. FreelancerLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our training, website, or third party platforms such as Fiverr or Upwork.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from your use of FreelancerLab services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
11Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
